Self-adhesive 3D panels – decorative wall covering made of lightweight and durable material – porous polypropylene (PPP). The main feature is a relief pattern in the form of bricks in a wide variety of colors and the presence of an adhesive layer, which allows you to install panels without the need for additional materials.

The panels consist of the following layers:

1. PVC film (front side) is a polymer consisting of long chains of vinyl chloride molecules, which contain chlorine atoms, which makes the material resistant to chemicals, and due to the amorphous nature of the crystal lattice, PVC is very elastic and light.
2. Decorative layer: high-quality color printing that retains its saturation for a long time.
3. The main layer of porous polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer, its structure includes repeating molecular units of propylene. It has a cellular structure, due to which it has good thermal insulation and low density, and therefore low weight. Porous polypropylene is also resistant to moisture and chemically inert.
4. Adhesive layer: non-toxic base with high adhesion level.
5. Protective paper: protects the adhesive layer from drying out and getting dirty, easily removed during installation.

The main advantages of 3D panels made of polypropylene:

1. Lightness: due to its structure, the material is lightweight, which makes it easier to transport (while making it more economical) and install.
2. Insulating properties: the porous nature of the material, in addition to its low weight, gives it good heat and sound insulation properties.
3. Ease of installation: the presence of an adhesive layer allows you to install panels without the need for additional materials.
4. Flexibility and strength: the flexibility of the material allows it to adapt to various, even not the most even surfaces, while maintaining strength.
5. Resistance to water and chemicals: porous polypropylene has good resistance to moisture, which makes it possible to use it in rooms with high humidity, and thanks to the protective PVC film, the panel can be washed with household detergents (without using a brush with high abrasive capacity).
6. Environmentally friendly: polypropylene is odorless, safe and stable from an environmental perspective, and can be recycled.

The panels are suitable for interior finishing works: decoration and thermal insulation of walls in all types of residential and commercial premises, as well as for decoration and restoration of furniture, doors and other, even not entirely smooth surfaces.

Calculation of the required amount of material:

1. Measure the length and width of the surface to be pasted.
2. Multiply the length by the width of each surface in meters and add the results together to get the area. For example, after measuring you got: Wall length 3.7 m. Wall width 2.7 m. 3.7*2.7 = 9.99 m²
3. The resulting area must be divided by the area of one panel (680*670= 0.4556 m²) and rounded up: 9.99/0.4556 = 21.92 rounded up to 22. During installation, waste may occur due to cutting of panels, so it is recommended to add 1-2 spare pieces to the calculation.

Editing:

1. You must ensure that the surface on which you are going to install the panels is clean, dry and level. Any dust, dirt or oil from the surface must be removed and the surface leveled if necessary. The panels and surface must be at room temperature to ensure good adhesion of the adhesive base.
2. Remove the protective paper from the back of the self-adhesive panel to expose the adhesive surface.
3. It is necessary to start installation from one corner and gently press the panel onto the surface, ensuring that the panel is installed evenly and neatly, avoiding the formation of bubbles or wrinkles.
4. Panels can be cut using a knife or scissors to adjust the panel to size, especially at the edges and corners of the surface.
5. Panels must be pressed firmly onto the surface to ensure good adhesion between the panel and the surface.
