Insulated door leaf with 2 sheets of metal

The door leaf is made of 2 sheets of metal, 1 mm thick, and is equipped with two MDF overlays, 10 mm thick each, which provides the necessary level of heat and sound insulation.

The door design uses 3 horizontal stiffeners, which ensures the strength of the door. The leaf and box are insulated with mineral wool.

The leaf thickness is 70 mm, which is the minimum recommended thickness for both houses and apartment use.

Avers T52 lower cylinder lock

Avers TM lower lock. Equipped with a set of 5 keys, which is enough for most families. The lock closes in 2 turns, the bolts enter the box by 2 cm, and their diameter is 1 cm.

Upper mortise lockAvers R25

The main difference of the upper lock is that, unlike the lower one, it does not have a replaceable cylinder. The mortise lock with a "butterfly key" has a larger number of combinations for "picking" and is reliably protected from knocking out and physical breaking.

 Hinges

2 hinges with a ball inside. This type of hinge provides reliable protection of the door from sagging and easy opening of the door. According to the CE certificate, these hinges provide up to 250,000 openings. And this is practically a lifetime warranty on the hinges.

Door opening regulator

A door opening regulator, with which you can adjust the tightness of the door leaf to the box, which ensures easy closing of the door. It allows you to maintain high door tightness throughout its entire service life.
