Description
Automatic mortise threshold TREND PLUS “CCE” 1030 mm – A line of thresholds with advanced technical characteristics. Function – protection against drafts, smoke and noise. Scope of application: Wooden and armored doors. ATTACHMENT METHOD: With screws and self-tapping screws (not included) BUTTON TYPE AND ADJUSTMENT: Metal self-guiding hinged button with a nylon cap, adjustable with a 3 mm hex key. Steel button, adjustable with a star or flat screwdriver, as well as a 6 mm wrench. Seal: Noise-proof seal made of self-extinguishing thermoplastic. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The seal is lowered first from the hinge side, then from the handle side. Stroke 14 mm. Springs made of galvanized steel, pushers made of PA with 20% glass fiber. Profiles made of aluminum alloy 6060 T6. CERTIFICATES: Noise protection certificate from the IFT Institute in Rosenheim (50 dB) Tested for 200,000 operating cycles.
