A magnetic seal, unlike non-magnetic models, has a number of design features and advantages. The seal works both when opening and closing on approximately the same principle as seals in refrigerators. Among the useful advantages, it is worth noting increased tightness, which provides:

• Retains heat inside the room;
• Prevents the penetration of foreign odors.

The magnetic seal is made of TEP (thermoelastoplast) material - a new elastomeric material that has all the characteristics of vulcanized rubber with high resistance to aging. This material is environmentally friendly, it can be painted in any color. Thermoelastoplast is resistant to external factors, the operating temperature range is from -60 to +90°C.
