WPC wall slats
Description: WPC wall slats are a building material for interior decoration that imitates natural wood.
Texture: smooth, imitation wooden slats
The slats consist of the following layers:
The polymer layer protects against abrasions and minor mechanical damage, ensures durability of use, and UV protection helps prevent fading, keeping the color of the decorative layer saturated, due to which the rail has its original aesthetic appearance for a long time. Decorative layer: film with high-resolution color printing, which completely imitates the texture of natural materials, thanks to a clear and detailed image. WPC Base Layer: is a composite material that combines wood fibers (or shavings) with polymer materials to provide strength, moisture resistance and environmental resistance to the material. Temperature range: from -50º to +80º C
Application: interior finishing work: decorating walls in all types of residential premises (kitchen, living room, children's or bedroom, entrance group) and commercial premises (office premises, reception areas, shops, beauty salons or fitness centers), decorating furniture, doors and other flat surfaces.
Properties and advantages of the material:
Moisture resistance: WPC material is highly resistant to moisture and will not swell or deform. Rot and Insect Resistant: Unlike wood, WPC does not rot or attract insects. UV resistance: WPC wall panels retain their color and structure when exposed to ultraviolet radiation. Attractive appearance: the decorative layer imitates natural wood, this allows you to create stylish and aesthetic interiors, while reducing the use of pure wood. Easy Maintenance: WPC wall panels generally do not require much maintenance. They do not require painting, treatment with antiseptics or formaldehyde, and retain their appearance for a long time. Calculation of the required amount of material:
Measure the length and height of the surface to be pasted. Multiply the length by the height of each surface in meters and add up the results to get the area. For example, after measurements you get: Wall length 3.2 m. Wall height 2.7 m. 3.2 * 2.7 = 8.64 m²The resulting area must be divided by the area of one rail (160 * 3000 = 0.48 m²) and rounded up: 8.64/0.48 = 18 rounded to 18. During the installation process, waste associated with cutting may occur slats, so it is recommended to add 1-2 spare pieces to the calculation. Installation instructions:
Prepare the surface on which the slats will be attached. They can be installed on plastered walls, plasterboards and wood materials. If the wall is covered with wallpaper, we recommend removing it. Use a circular saw or jigsaw to cut the slats. You can attach the rail to the desired surface using mounting adhesive, preferably polyurethane or silicone based. Using the instructions, apply glue to the back of the rail, and then install it on the desired surface. The slats can be assembled vertically or horizontally. In addition to mounting adhesive, you can use a staple gun to secure them to the wall. The staples must be attached to the edge of the rail groove so that they are not visible. Materials required for installation:

Recommendations for care:It is not advisable to use brushes and sponges with abrasive properties, or detergents with a high concentration of alkalis or acids. To remove dirt, it is best to use soft textile or viscose wipes using gentle household chemicals.
