Double-sided floor covering YELLOW and BLUE 60*60cm*2cm (D) SW-00001845

Modular floor covering “Puzzles” are modular slabs with cut-out joints that are easily joined together, forming a stable and durable covering. Key characteristics of the flooring: softness and shock absorption (thanks to the main material EVA), chemical and water resistance, wear resistance, thermal insulation and light weight. Locks are removable
Size: 600x600x20 mm
Area: 1m²=2.7 puzzles
Weight of the 1st puzzle: 450 g
Texture: embossed, may have perforation
Material:
Puzzle flooring consists of the following layers:
- The polymer layer protects against abrasions and minor mechanical damage, ensures durability of use, has anti-slip properties, moisture resistance and resistance to chemicals.
- Decorative layer with a high-resolution print that completely imitates the texture of natural materials thanks to a clear and detailed image.
- The main layer of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a thermoplastic polymer; its molecular structure is a polymer chain consisting of ethylene, which makes the material flexible, and vinyl acetate, which gives the material thermoplastic properties. The composition also contains special antistatic additives and additives for the formation of a cellular structure, due to this structure the material acquires thermal insulation properties.
Temperature range: Resistant to temperatures from -50°C to +60°C depending on the vinyl acetate content. If the temperature regime is violated, the material may lose its elasticity.
Application:
Designed for laying flooring in residential premises (entrance, living room, bedroom or children's room, kitchen and bathroom), in commercial premises: kindergartens, children's playgrounds, schools, children's areas in places of public catering and public presence, exhibitions events and fairs, beauty salons, hotels, gyms and dance classes.
Properties and advantages of the material:
- Softness and Elasticity: the main material of the flooring has high elasticity and softness, so even with a standard thickness of 20 mm, the coating has a high shock-absorbing properties to soften impacts.
- Chemical resistance: The coating is resistant to many chemicals, including weak acids, alkalis, oils and solvents, so it can be easily washed using household chemicals (without abrasive action).
- Water resistance: The puzzles are 100% moisture resistant and will not absorb moisture, swell or deform, making them suitable for use in humid environments. Due to water resistance, they are resistant to the growth of microorganisms and mold.
- Wide temperature range of use:puzzles can withstand temperatures from -50°C to +60°C, which allows them to be used near radiators or batteries.
- Antistatic properties:The EVA material and polymer coating contain antistatic additives, so the coating does not produce current and is not electrified.
- Thermal insulation and sound insulation: EVA puzzles are an effective insulator of heat and sound. This can be especially useful in children's rooms, where comfortable temperature and noise reduction are important.
- Resistance to mechanical stress and elasticity: A feature of the EVA material is the ability to quickly recover to its original shape when rearranging oversized furniture, without leaving marks from the legs of tables, chairs and other light furniture or interior items.
- Easy to clean: EVA tiles are easy to clean and wash; minor stains can be easily cleaned even with a damp cloth. The puzzle floor surface can also be easily disassembled for ease of cleaning or further storage.
- Variety of prints: A wide range of colors of puzzles will allow you to create an attractive interior or play space for children.
Calculation of the required amount of material:
- Measure the length and width of the surface to be covered.
- Multiply the length by the width of the surface in meters to get the area. For example, after measurements you received: Floor length 4.35 m. Floor width 2.48m. 4.35*2.48 = 10.78 m² (this is the area of the entire floor surface)
- The resulting area must be divided by the area of one puzzle (600*600= 0.36) and rounded up: 10.78/0.36=29.94 rounded to 30.
- During the installation process, waste may arise due to cutting the floor covering, so it is recommended to add 2-3 spare puzzles to the calculation.
Installation recommendations:
- No floor preparation: One of the main advantages of a soft puzzle floor is the absence of the need for special floor preparation for installing a new covering.
- Surface preparation: Make sure the surface on which the puzzles will be placed is clean and dry. Remove any sharp objects or obstacles, or protrusions on the surface.
- Sorting puzzles: Sort puzzles by color if they have different options. Mark areas where you want to place certain colors or shapes, if necessary.
- Starting installation: Start at one edge of the room or surface to be covered. Lay out the puzzles, placing the edge puzzles first to define the outline of the area.
- Puzzle Connection: Connect puzzles using the locks on the edges of each tile. Make sure the puzzles fit together tightly to avoid unevenness in the flooring.
- Alignment: Check that all puzzles are aligned and at the same level. Correct any uneven puzzles to ensure a uniform surface and join the edges for a finished look. Puzzles can also be cut with a cutting knife if necessary to fit into a room or area.
