"Lampre" technology

The bionika door series uses the latest "Lampre" development. A decorative, durable coating is applied to galvanized steel. Anti-vandal PVC film protects the door from overheating in the sun and deformation during temperature changes. This coating is environmentally friendly and durable, perfectly protects the metal from corrosion.

WINTER set

For better thermal insulation, the doors of the COTTAGE segment use the "Winter" set insulation.

It includes:

• Folgoizol, which reflects heat back into the house
• high-density mineral wool - 100kg/m3
• cork wood, which prevents the doors from freezing

Bent two-stage profile

The block design of this segment uses two boxes, with cork wood between them. Thanks to this, a thermal break appeared in the box, which prevents the door from freezing and the formation of condensate on the box.

 The thickness of the double box is 150 mm.

Insulated door leaf

The door has retained the usual 2 sealing contours for improved heat and noise insulation. The bent two-stage profile ensures a tight fit of the door leaf to the box.

The door leaf is made of 1.5 mm metal and is equipped with two moisture-resistant MDF overlays 16 mm thick. The door design uses 3 horizontal stiffeners, which ensures the strength of the door. The insulation of the door leaf and the box is carried out with high-density rock wool. The thickness of the door leaf is 102 mm.

In this model, instead of MDF lining, Lampre coating is used

Polish black WALA fittings

This type of handle is made of aluminum and painted black for a more aesthetic look. Such fittings are not quite common in Ukraine, but have proven themselves well in EU countries.

WALA aluminum handles are distinguished by high quality and precision of manufacture, resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.

Greek fittings in black

This model uses the Greek handle "Ilavio" in black, as well as a set of armor plates in the original matte black color. This accessory is made of high-quality materials in the original black color and is an exclusive offer for customers of the company "ABWEHR", it is used in only a few models.

Lower cylinder lock Kale 257ts

Lower cylinder lock Kale 257ts, from a Turkish manufacturer, which has proven itself well not only in the CIS, but also throughout Europe.
The lock is equipped with a set of 5 keys, which is enough for most families. The lock closes with 3 turns, the bolts enter the box by 3 cm, and their diameter is 1.5 cm. This is a fairly strong lock for its price range.

Kale 257 Upper mortise lock

The main difference between the upper lock and the lower one is that it does not have a replaceable cylinder. The mortise lock with a "butterfly key" has a larger number of "picking" combinations and is reliably protected from knocking out and physical burglary.

Four anti-cuts

Unlike other segments, the COTTAGE segment has 4 anti-cuts installed at once, thanks to which it is impossible to pull the door leaf out of the box, even if the hinges are cut.

Night latch

An additional internal lock is a simple and reliable way to increase security, as it closes only from the inside and excludes the possibility of opening from the outside, which makes it an ideal option for night protection or when the whole family is at home.

3 Loops

3 hinges with a ball inside at once. This type of hinge provides reliable protection of the door from sagging and easy opening of the door. According to the CE certificate, these hinges provide up to 250,000 openings. And this is practically a lifetime warranty on the hinges.

Concealed installation of the platband

On the doors of the COTTAGE segment, the platband is attached without visible holes from the outside, which has a positive effect on the appearance
