The Magic 2 hidden sliding system is a new original system for sliding doors, an evolution of the already proven Magic system.Ternoscorrevoli has developed this new system by improving all its features: each of its specific components has been carefully studied to make the most of its functionality.The Magic 2 system combines four international patents.More than 50 mm braking distanceThe Magic 2 concealed sliding mechanism uses new patented shock absorbers that ensure smooth door closing, and the length of the smooth braking path is 50 mm, which is 20 mm more than in the Magic system.New adjustable shock absorbersThe new adjustable shock absorbers are no longer connected to a gasket or end caps - now you can adjust their damper position when needed.1. Patented bottom rollers for greater smoothnessThe new Magic2 bottom rollers feature a patented suspension and have been designed with a larger diameter, oversized bearings and a larger pivot point. The rubber coating on the rollers has been doubled to make them stronger and smoother.The Magic2 system has two fixed springs that are designed for doors up to 40 kg. For doors weighing more than 40 kg (maximum 80 kg), the rollers will flex more and hit the rubber cylinder, which acts as an additional shock absorber for the two springs.2. Silent bottom guideTo improve the smoothness of the movement, the Magic2 system is equipped with a lower guide made of tsamac to increase sliding. Also, a plastic profile is used at the bottom of the door, thanks to which the door leaf moves almost silently.3. New position for spacer wheelsThe Magic2 system includes new spacer wheels located at the end of the door to better protect the door from any contact with the wall.4. New patented system for any type of adjustmentThe new Magic2 system includes a micrometric adjustment system that allows vertical and horizontal adjustments to compensate for possible wall irregularities. These operations are possible without removing the door from the guide, as was the case with the previous model.5. Practical unlocking systemThe Magic2 system is equipped with two new anti-repellant elements. These new elements have two safety rods inserted, which are used to easily rotate the anti-repellant elements without any other tools.
