The wallpaper consists of the following layers:

The process of introducing cross-links between polyethylene molecules gives the material additional strength and heat resistance. XPE has a closed cell structure, which makes it a foam material. This means that the internal cells of the material are completely closed, due to which it has good thermal insulation properties. Calculation of the required amount of material:

1. Multiply the length by the height of each surface in meters and add up the results to get the area. For example, after measurements you received: Wall length 4.35 m. Wall height 2.88 m. 4.35 * 2.88 = 12.53 m²
2. The resulting area must be divided by the area of one roll (2800 * 450 = 1.26) and rounded up: 12.53/1.26 = 9.95, rounded to 10 pcs.
3. During the installation process, there may be waste associated with cutting the roll, so it is recommended to add at least 1 spare roll to the calculation.

Installation instructions:

1. For successful installation of self-adhesive wallpaper, the surface on which they will be installed must be:
2. clean (free from dust, dirt, grease and other contaminants);
3. smooth, without protruding particles, noticeable irregularities or cracks (if necessary, use putty or putty);
4. dry (moisture can affect the adhesive base and its adhesive properties);
5. warm, from 18º to 25ºС (for better adhesion of the adhesive layer to the surface);
6. free from fungus and mold;
7. without old wallpaper or other decorative elements;
8. If the wall has been painted or covered with some other material, a spacer or primer coat will be required to ensure good adhesion.

Installation:

1. It is necessary to make sure that the surface on which you intend to glue the wallpaper meets the above requirements. There should be no drafts in the room during installation work
2. Before gluing, each roll should be checked for color (shade) consistency. Without removing the protective film from the adhesive layer, attach a new roll to the already pasted wallpaper; if the shade is different, you should turn the roll over.
