ADHESIVE-BASED VINYL FLOORING IN A ROLLVinyl flooring in a roll is an innovative decorative material for interior decoration, created on the basis of vulcanized polyethylene foam. With a unique structure, it combines strength, lightness and thermal insulation. It is easy to install, has various designs imitating laminate boards made of natural materials, and is suitable for various interior solutions.

The material consists of the following layers:

1. The protective polymer layer (0.3 mm) protects against abrasions and minor mechanical damage, ensures long-term use, and UV protection helps prevent fading, keeping the color rich, due to which the floor covering retains its original aesthetic appearance for a long time.
2. Decorative layer: film with high-resolution color printing, which completely imitates the texture of natural materials thanks to a clear and detailed image.
3. The main layer of IXPE (cross-linked polyethylene foam) gives the material high mechanical strength, making it resistant to deformation. IXPE foam has thermal insulation properties, and is also resistant to moisture and chemicals.
4. Thermal insulation foil layer: the main property of this layer is the reflection of heat waves, this allows to minimize heat loss, thereby improving the thermal insulation of the room.
5. Adhesive layer: non-toxic base with high adhesion level.
6. Protective film with markings: covers the adhesive layer until installation. It prevents accidental adhesion of the film, protects the adhesive layer from drying out and contamination, and is easily removed during installation. Markings on the back surface of the protective paper will simplify cutting the material.

Temperature conditions: IXPE coating can be used in typical indoor temperature conditions, including room temperature and slight changes in the environment in the temperature range from 0°C to 45°C.

Application: interior finishing works: decorating the floor (and possibly the walls) in all types of residential premises (kitchen, living room, children's room or bedroom, entrance area) and commercial premises (office premises, reception areas, shops, beauty salons or fitness centers, workshops.

Properties and advantages of the material:

1. Easy installation: the self-adhesive layer makes the installation process quick and easy, without the need for additional glue, other materials or specialists. The material is laid end to end, it can be cut with scissors or a utility knife, it does not diverge, swell or deform between the strips. The percentage of cut is 1%, which is the best indicator for wall coverings;
2. Moisture resistance: IXPE flooring is moisture resistant, making it an excellent choice for bathrooms, kitchens and other rooms with high humidity, the material is also resistant to steam and mold;
3. Insulation: The closed cell structure of IXPE foam makes it an excellent thermal insulator, as the air pockets act as a good barrier to heat and sound.

Installation instructions:

Vinyl flooring in rolls can be glued to old linoleum, tiles, parquet, laminate, glass, paint, primed concrete with small irregularities and small potholes without special surface preparation, but if the surface has whitewash, then it is necessary to clean the surface.

1. The room during installation must be dry, the room air temperature from +15º to +20ºС.
2. You must ensure that the surface on which you are going to install the IXPE coating is clean, dry and level. You must remove any dust, dirt or oil from the surface, level the surface with a primer if necessary and let it dry for at least 4 hours.
3. IXPE coating and surface must be at room temperature to ensure good adhesion of the adhesive base.
4. Gradually begin to remove the protective film from the back of the roll to expose the adhesive surface.
5. You should start the installation from one corner and gently press the covering onto the surface, making sure that it is installed evenly and neatly, avoiding the formation of bubbles or wrinkles.
6. The roll can be cut using a utility knife or scissors to adjust it to size, especially at the edges and corners of the surface.
7. The vinyl covering must be pressed firmly onto the surface by hand or a rubber roller to ensure good adhesion between it and the base.
